Ordering / Making A Purchase:

Creating an order and making a purchase could not be easier. To purchase online please select one of 'our sweets' listed. This will then display the variety of sweets available. Please select either; the 'picture' or the 'info' button to find out more about this sweet OR press the 'buy' button to place directly in your shopping cart. When you have finished selecting the sweets you desire, please proceed to the 'Check-out'. BUT remember! Qty 1 will equal the weight as specified in the 'Description'!

We accept credit card payment - All money transactions will be securely processed via 'Paypal' (you do not need a 'Paypal' account to buy from us!) We have chosen 'Paypal' as this is the Fastest and Safest Way to Pay, and 'Paypal' is the Global Leader in online payments.

Shipping And Handling:

Deliveries within the U.K. We use Royal Mail* (please see note below) and DHL for our deliveries. We also keep our delivery charges to a minimum.

Delivery Schedule: We try to despatched all orders either the same day or next working day, depending on whether the items are in stock. Orders taken after Saturday will be processed Tuesday morning.

First Class, typically 1-3 working days from receipt of the order. At all times we try to send your package to you as quickly as possible.

* Note; for these orders we may not be able to refund or replace due to loss or damage by Royal Mail. Proof of our postage will be sent if required. + DHL Courier may be used

Deliveries outside the UK:
Sorry we cannot delivery outside the UK, the charges above are for UK orders ONLY.

Items Out Of Stock / Back Orders:

If an item is out of stock (which over 99% of the time they are in stock!) and a delivery is expected in a couple of days we will hold your order until it is ready to be shipped in its entirety (unless you request otherwise).

If the item will not be back in stock for more than a couple of days we will send as much of your order as we can, and then ship the remaining product as soon as we receive it. Alternatively, if there is a similar product available, we reserve the right to substitute this for the product ordered. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges:

All orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security: Your credit card details are securely processed by Papal. We do not receive any credit card information ourselves - only a confirmation that the transaction has been authorised. The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of business and top priority at PayPal.

Guarantee: Due to the nature of the manufacture of our sweets we cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of nuts, free of gelatine, free of whey powder, cocoa powder, pork gelatine only, and certain 'E' numbers. We hope that you will be completely satisfied, we pride ourselves on the quality of our sweets we provide to our customers.
But if you are not, please return the products within 7 days of receipt, to us. Please enclose your contact details, the invoice associated with the product and details of the problem.
Please note: we do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in perfect condition - we can not accept responsibility for the climatic conditions experienced once the product has been dispatched e.g. products melting when exposed to heat etc.
